Process for Resolving Credit Card Disputes at HDFC Bank
Customers have the option to take their complaint to higher authorities if they are not happy with the answers provided at the first level. The steps for escalation are as follows:
- To register the complaint, complete the online form found on the website.
- If you’re not satisfied with the response, get in touch with the credit card dispute redressal officer via mail or phone. Every product has a designated officer assigned by the bank.
- 044-23625600 is the number to reach the grievance redressal officer who deals with credit card concerns. The officer is accessible from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Saturday.
